Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring in a well-drained media and keep them moist and warm.

Take semi-hardwood cuttings from summer to autumn.

Note:
Care should be taken when planting in sensitive regions as the seed germinate readily and it can soon become a bushland a weed.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dull green elliptical leaves are covered in white tomentum giving the underside a greyish appearance and arranged alternately to spiral.

Flower: The small white to red crateriform flowers are arranged on short spur branches in a corymb that has 5 to 15 blooms and appear during early summer.

Fruit: The slightly flattened berry-like pome forms clusters of 5 to 10 and age from red to crimson. The small seed is viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
