Divide the clump after flowering.

Sow fresh seed during autumn in containers and place in a warm humid environment.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dull green leaves are long lanceolate with a prominent mid rib and have a leathery texture.

Flower: The rotate flowers appear on thin stems and are pale yellow with crested centers and have a brown spot on each petal.The flowers appear solitary from spring to summer and soon fall off after withering (fugacious).

Fruit: The capsule is green ageing to brown and contains numerous are viable seeds that will self sow easily. Removal of seed pods may be required to contain the plant. The seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
