Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings during summer and placed in a well-drained media. Keep them warm and humid in a protected environment.
Take semi hardwood cuttings during autumn.


Botanic information
Leaf: The slightly pubescent linear leaves are arranged in whorls of 3 and are paler underneath. The margin is recurved and the apex is cuspidate.

Flower: The labiate to funnelform white to mauve flower appear solitary in the upper leaf axils and are arranged in a whorl in groups of three. The main flowering period is spring but they may appear sporadically throughout the year.

Fruit: The tiny nutlets are in groups of 4 and are enclosed in the persistent calyx. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
