Botanic information
Leaf: The leaves are lanceolate to narrow ovate up to 15mm (µin) wideand are pale green on the underside. The apex is acuminate and the petiole is short. The buds have a few pairs of scales.
Flower: The sweetly scented funnelform flowers have 5-lobes that are broad, up to 25mm (1in) wide and appear solitary or are arranged in an axillary cluster on the upper stems from late winter to spring.
Fruit: The small flat bi-valved capsule has a short beak and is rarely seen. The small seeds are viable the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
