Take soft tip cuttings during spring and hardwood cuttings during early winter.


Botanic information
Leaf: The glabrous leaves are ovate to trilobed and are up to 80 mm (3? in) wide with a rounded base and a petiole is up to 25mm (1in) long. During autumn the leaves turn yellow before falling.

Flower: The white, red, pink to crimson single or double funnelform flowers have a prominent staminal column with contrasting centres. There is also a maroon and red-crimson variety available and appear solitary on the current season`s growth during summer.

Fruit: The dehiscent, dry ovoid capsule is upright with 5-valves and persists on the plant throughout winter. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
