Take soft and hardwood cuttings from summer to autumn and place in a well-drained moist media.
Divide the crown during growing period; this may be difficult on mature plants requiring machinery.
Culture
Oleanders can be trained to form a tree or pruned lightly to form a compact habit. Older plants may be prune hard to rejuvenate and suckers are removed to control the size.
