Soft tip cuttings taken during summer, semi hardwood cuttings during autumn to winter.


Botanic information
Leaf: The lightly pubescent ovate to oval leaves are up to 40 mm (1? in) long and have glossy dark green upper surface with anastomosingvenation and the underside is pale green. The petiole is short and the leaf may turn purplish in cool weather.

Flower: The orange-red salverform flowers are up to 25 mm (1 in) long with a yellow twisted corolla tube and are arranged in a terminal corymbose cyme that appears amongst the foliage throughout spring.

Fruit: The small capsule contains tiny viable seeds but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
